BreakFree AI (also known as YameToku, hereinafter "the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how data is handled within the App.
The App stores the following information locally on your device:
• Names and icons of habits you want to quit
• Behavior records (date/time, mood, notes)
• Notification settings (on/off)
• AI suggestion history (up to 5 most recent)
Data you enter is stored only on your device. However, when using the AI Coach feature, some data is transmitted externally as described in the following section.
To generate personalized advice, the AI Coach feature sends the following data through our server to the AI service (Anthropic's Claude API):
• Names of habits you want to quit
• Weekly and previous week record counts and daily data
• Mood data recorded with entries
• Number of days since tracking began
The transmitted data does not include personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or location. The data is used solely for generating AI advice and is processed in accordance with Anthropic's privacy policy. Neither we nor Anthropic will share or sell this data to third parties.
Except for the AI Coach feature described above, the App does not provide, share, or sell your data to any third parties.
The App uses third-party advertising services (Google AdMob). AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for ad delivery. For details, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.
Paid use of the AI Coach feature is processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Payment information is handled by Apple; the App provider does not collect or store any payment details.
You can delete all data (including AI suggestion history) at any time from the App's settings. Uninstalling the App from your device will also completely remove all data.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, we will promptly delete such data. If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns about your child's data, please contact us at the address below.
The App does not require account registration, and data is stored only on the device. Therefore, children's personal information is not stored on any server (except for anonymous statistical data when using the AI Coach feature).
This policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be communicated on this page.
