Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for use of the web service "DIET MANAGE" ("Service") operated by Bon ("Operator"). By using the Service, users agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Description of Service)

The Service is a free web service that supports calorie consumption calculation using METs (Metabolic Equivalents) and calorie intake management. Information provided by the Service is for health management reference purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or diagnosis.

Article 3 (Registration)

Users may register for the Service using their Google account. By registering, users agree to the following:

• Provide accurate information
• Not transfer or lend their account to any third party
• Comply with these Terms

Article 4 (Newsletter)

Upon registration, the user's email address will be automatically registered to our newsletter. The newsletter delivers content such as exercise video introductions and offline event announcements. Users may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter email. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not affect access to the Service.

Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in any of the following:

• Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Actions that cause inconvenience to other users or third parties
• Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
• Unauthorized commercial use of the Service
• Unauthorized access or actions that place excessive load on servers

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Operator assumes no responsibility for the following:

• Accuracy or completeness of calorie calculation results provided by the Service
• Health issues arising from use of the Service
• Damages to users caused by suspension, interruption, or modification of the Service
• Disputes arising between users and third parties

Information provided by the Service does not constitute medical advice. Please consult a doctor or specialist if you have any health concerns.

Article 7 (Modification or Suspension of Service)

The Operator may modify or suspend the Service without prior notice to users. The Operator assumes no liability for any damages incurred by users as a result.

Article 8 (Withdrawal)

Users may withdraw from the Service at any time via the Settings page. Upon withdrawal, all registration information and recorded data will be permanently deleted.

Article 9 (Amendments to Terms)

The Operator may amend these Terms as necessary. Amended Terms take effect upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location.
