Terms of Service

Article 1 – General

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS application "Biblion" ("App") provided by IT Master ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2 – Services

The App provides the following features:

• Book registration and management (manual entry or barcode scanning)
• Reading timer and reading log
• Per-book memo management
• Task management (habit tracker)
• AI-powered book summaries, reading consultations, and SNS post generation

Article 3 – Plans and Pricing

The App offers three subscription plans:

All charges are processed through the App Store. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Article 4 – AI Tickets

(1) Initial Grant

Upon first installation of the App, 3 AI tickets are granted free of charge.

(2) Monthly Grant

Tickets are granted monthly (on the first launch of each month) as follows:

• Free plan: 1 ticket/month
• Basic plan: 1 ticket/month
• Premium plan: 10 tickets/month

(3) Ticket Usage

One ticket is consumed each time an AI feature (summary, consultation, or SNS post generation) is used. AI features are unavailable when your ticket balance is zero.

(4) Purchasing Tickets

Additional tickets can be purchased via in-app purchases on the App Store. Refund and rollover policies for purchased tickets are governed by the App Store terms.

(5) Expiration

AI tickets do not expire. However, tickets may be lost if the App is uninstalled or the device is reset.

Article 5 – Advertisements

The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob.

• Free plan: A launch interstitial ad (once per day) and ads after AI feature use.
• Basic plan: Ads after AI feature use only. No launch ads.
• Premium plan: No advertisements.

Upon first launch, we request your permission for ad tracking under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. Ads are displayed regardless of your choice; however, if you decline, non-personalized ads will be shown.

Article 6 – Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Generate or share illegal content via the App
• Use AI features to create content that infringes copyright, defames individuals, or constitutes hate speech
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services
• Engage in any conduct that violates applicable laws or public order

Article 7 – Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or their respective rightful owners. You may not reproduce or repurpose App content beyond the scope permitted by these Terms.

Intellectual property rights in data you enter into the App (such as book information and memos) remain with you.

Article 8 – Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy or completeness of AI-generated output
• Data loss caused by App errors or service interruptions
• Data loss resulting from device loss, failure, or factory reset
• Issues arising from third-party services (Google AdMob, AI API, etc.)

App data is stored locally on your device. We recommend making regular backups.

Article 9 – Service Changes and Termination

We may change App features, pricing, or discontinue the service without prior notice. Significant changes will be announced via App Store release notes or our website.

Article 10 – Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 11 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over our place of business as the court of first instance.
